Where does the bodhi tree originate from?

16th December 2014Mrs c Hern

This morning, year 6 have been busy using reliable resources to find out where the bodhi tree originated from and other countries in the world where it grows.

The children have been using an atlas to find the grid reference for these countries.

The learning zones and buzz in the classroom has been amazing!

Becoming Strong and Powerful Learner Celebrations

12th December 2014Mrs c Hern

Within the space of a week, we have awarded 4 Strong and Powerful badges and one gold pin. Some of these children gained their pin a few weeks ago, so thank you to those parents for making it in 🙂

It has been fantastic to be able to have the children’s families in to celebrate their achievements. All of these children have shown that they have opened, grown and believed.

The whole of 6C are very proud of you!

Keep up the good work year 6!
