Day 3 – Year 6 Residential
The sun has stayed out for day 3 of the residential. The children have had a lot of fun and overcome some fears as well as enjoying mud! They enjoyed spending their money in the tuck shop and finished the final evening with a movie night. We are all looking forward to the final morning of activities tomorrow.
Year 6 Residential – Day 1
After an incredibly wet start back in Milton Keynes, we managed to get through a very busy day and jam-packed fun-filled day! One group experienced abseiling whilst a rainbow made an appearance in the background. Another group built dens to shelter from the rain while the others took part in archery.
The evening was filled with activities too. We had two huge bouncy castles and went on a fabulous night walk. The children are all tired but far too excited to sleep!! Looking forward to another exciting day tomorrow!
Frontier residential day 2
Had another brilliant day. King swing was the highlight for most of us as well as walking the plank. We have been testing our trust and leadership skills.
Just finishing the night with an Uno championship!
Sad to be heading home tomorrow 😞
Frontier residential day 1
After a safe journey on the coach we arrived and excitedly unpacked. We were eager to explore and headed to Stanwick Lakes for a picnic and a play at the park.
Our first centre activities were fencing, archery and kayaking… Some people fell in the water twice!
We have enjoyed toasting marshmallows and watching the football and will be heading to bed soon.
Can’t wait to see what tomorrow has in store!
