The year 2 team
On Friday, year 2 had an exciting visit from some owls to help us learn about the different super powers that owls have and learn why nocturnal animals such as owls come out during the night. We were also very lucky that we got to hold some owls. Here are some photos of the owls we got to meet! 
We had an incredible Ignite day on W
ednesday in Year 6. We traveled back to WW2 and the time of the codebreakers. We got to meet Neville Chamberlain, experience what it was like to keep a secret as a code breaker; crack some codes in an interview for Bletchley Park; research and discuss rationing and be a member of the war cabinet discussing where Station X should be placed in the UK! We are really looking forward to continuing your learning journey in year 2 and seeing what you can achieve this week, this term and this year!
Hopefully you have had a great summer and are coming back fresh, relaxed, excited and mostly ready to show high learning zones and can use ‘Calm’ to help you reach high well being too!
