Over the Easter break, Class 2b worked really hard to create different habitats for nocturnal animals. I was amazed at the effort and hard work that has been used to create each one – thank you for your hard work and support to help us with this activity!
Well done to these children for working hard to do lots of Maths learning at home!
Keep it up!
Class 2b were delighted to award another calm pin!
This young man is a delight to have in the class and certainly deserves his pin!
Year 2 were very lucky to have a visit from Mr Osbourne who shared some of his very own fossils with us. This fitted perfectly with our Dinosaur project… especially as we have just learnt about Mary Anning.
Here are some of the fossils that the children of Year 2 were able to investigate:
Thank you Mr Osborne!
We were very excited to award our very first Calm pin in Class 2b.
This particular young man is a great asset to our class and we are so proud of him. He has set a perfect example to the rest of the team in Class 2b! Well done!
Super congratulations for receiving your Gold Pin!
We are all very proud of you and are so lucky to have you in our Brooklands Farm family!
Keep on growing
Wow! This morning we awarded our first ‘Calm’ pin!
This was very special and this wonderful young lady has worked hard to get her ‘Calm’ pin.
Well done
Year 2 had a fantastic day out at the Natural History Museum in London. We explored the dinosaur exhibitions and learnt many great facts ready to continue our project learning at school.
Thank you to all adults and parents who helped our day run so smoothly!
Next term Year 2 will be visiting the Natural History Museum in London. A letter has gone out on ParentMail, please return your permission slip before the end of this term.
Thank you,
Year 2 Teachers
