The children loved making their own bugs today!
We practiced counting and matching up our ‘teen’ numbers this week!
We learnt how to look after animals by creating our own pig sty for ‘Dipsy’ the ‘pretend’ micro pig.
He needed a nice warm bed and we even had to cut up some food for him to eat!

The children had very high involvement levels making three little pigs houses!
Playing the old time favourite…I spy with my little eye something beginning with….can you guess what word it is?
This is an excellent way to help children to beginning to sound out simple cvc words.
