It was great to see you all dressed up as Superheroes for Children in Need on Friday. Thank you for all of your effort and those delicious cakes! I can’t wait to hear how much money we have raised for a fantastic cause!
We had great fun wearing our pyjamas this week. We went into the dark room and cuddled up with blankets and cushions to have a ‘big read’. We sat listening to sounds of woodland creatures at night time as we imagined all the things that happen when we go to sleep.

This week our big art was themed ‘woodland’. We had great fun exploring fuzzy felt shapes, creating trees with leaves, creating ink spray pictures and clay models.
We were very interested in seeing what happened with the size of our shadow when we moved closer and further away from our light source.
At our school we uphold the UNC Rights of the Child at the centre of our aims, value and ethos. Our current student wanted to share the key principles of this with you.
All the children and staff had a lovely day chilling in our pjs! They loved sharing their books from home and talking about night time!
