Class 2b had a fantastic visit to the new site! Thank you to all of our adults that came along too!
We enjoyed learning about how a school building is created and here are some pictures from our visit:
We are so proud of each and every one of you 🙂
Last week Year 2 has a great visit to the site of the new school. They had lots of questions and enjoyed looking around the new classrooms. We are looking forward to doing some architecture project work with the rest of the school next week.
Here we are about to go into the building!
Hello year six!
Your colours for sports day are the same as the ones that you had for the brain day (when we came in with a coloured top to make a big brain on the playground!)
If you are still not sure, don’t worry, we’ll give out letters reminding you of your colour on Tuesday – remember please, no school on Monday.
Sports day for KS2 (years 3, 4, 5 and 6) is Friday 26th June from 4pm. Â Bring your suncream!
Have a lovely weekend everyone.
Miss Snowdon
Foundation 2 had a fantastic opportunity to go on a story hunt to create their own pirate story today. It was exciting to find the treasure and figure out what the story could be about. The parrot was very naughty, too!
We have been very busy igniting our topic of pirates based off of our core book ‘The Night Pirates’.
The children created their own pirate outfits.
As part of our Building Project, year 3 have had a fantastic time using their design and technology skills to help create a miniature classroom that adheres to our client’s needs. Children have reviewed and improved their designs and have evaluated which were the best materials to use. It’s so important to have a growth mindset and to keep improving our work so I am very proud of my children for doing so!
Here are some pictures of year 3 hard at work:
