Congratulations to our most recent pins and ribbon recipients! We are very proud to have you in our team.
Here are the links to the government website, where you can download and view the 2016 SATs sample papers.
If anyone would like to help at home over the next few weeks, until the SATs papers, please encourage children to read every night (and to read a rich variety of texts) as well as reading to your children (so they can hear how we add expression, pause for punctuation etc) Spellings and times tables are things you could verbally quiz your children on whilst they help you make dinner in the evenings (spelling lists can be found on the website or please ask your child’s class teacher, who will be happy to print you a copy)

Thank you to all the parents who came to the SATs information evening in the first week of the half term. Here is a link to the powerpoint with all the information shared during the evening in case you were unable to attend.
6a are having a fantastic afternoon! For the ‘collect’ stage of our new project ‘The Vikings’, we have generated questions about things we would like to find out or learn more about. Now, we are using our reading corner and the iPads to carry out our own research to find the answers to these questions!
Just look at these learning zones!
