This half term we will be handing out home learning on Thursday’s. It will be due in on the following Wednesday.

The purpose of the home learning is for the children to consolidate the learning they have done in class that week. Therefore, they should be familiar with the methods or strategies that they need to use. The success criteria is a way of checking what need to either be included, or shows the ‘steps to success’. Encourage your children to use it and check their learning against it to ensure that they have been successful.

As always, if you are unsure about methods your children are using in class and are finding the home learning tricky, please feel free to speak to any of the Year 2 teachers who will be happy to help.
